A coalition of service providers, seniors and informal caregivers in the Tenderloin and South of Market areas. Works as a neighborhood problem solving coalition to identify and address the needs of frail seniors in the area served. Convenes the Health Task Force and the In-Home Supportive Services Task Force, and directs the Senior Survival School.
