Golden Gate Senior Services (GGSS) has been providing socialization and social service assistance -- including a hot, nutritious lunch -- to isolated San Francisco seniors for more than 35 years.

We manage two senior centers, the Castro Senior Center at 110 Diamond and the Richmond Senior Center at 6221 Geary Blvd.

Golden Gate Senior Services offers the following:

Congregate Meal Site

Music, film, book club

Art, ceramics, jewelry and beading

Yoga, Walking Groups, Tai Chi, Always Active

Nutrition counseling

Computer Lab

Intergenerational poetry

Drum circle

LGBT outreach, programs and support groups

Project Integration: integrating developmentally disabled seniors into a community setting
